Daily Tasks

As a Customer Service Representative, your day will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to achieve superior service quality.
  • Overseeing customer service operations for smooth, efficient service delivery.
  • Fostering a positive and engaging environment for both customers and employees.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and care.

Required Skills & Experience

  • GED or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and capacity to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of service excellence.


Additional Qualifications

  • GED or equivalent required.
  • Mid-level experience in customer service.
  • Understanding of health & safety standards and ability to enforce them.
  • Familiarity with customer management systems.
  • Ability to interpret operational metrics and report status concisely to managers.
