We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a role that blends customer service, inside sales, and logistics coordination. What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service, Inside Sales & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships
- Manage and process customer purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Oversee day-to-day account management activities, including routine customer communication and follow-ups
- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand needs, provide updates, and strengthen partnerships
- Support customer forecasting efforts by gathering insights on expected demand, order patterns, and future opportunities
- Partner with Sales to support pricing requests, product inquiries, and customer opportunities
- Identify opportunities for volume growth, including increasing order value, expanding product lines, and supporting new product leads
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, timelines, and potential changes
Customer Relationship Management & Growth
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned accounts, including business needs, ordering trends, and growth opportunities
- Utilize CRM and internal systems to track customer interactions, account activity, and opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to support customer retention and expansion strategies
- Assist in identifying and developing new product leads in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, logistics, or supply chain
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes (INCOTERMS, export procedures, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with freight forwarding or customs brokerage
- Exposure to manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments
- Additional language skills (Spanish or other languages a plus)
