Customer Service Representative
Location: Southeast Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $18$20/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization on the southeast side of Indianapolis to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email interactions
Enter and manage customer orders accurately
Quote pricing verbally and electronically
Expedite customer and direct purchase orders as needed
Negotiate pricing with customers and vendors
Collaborate with outside sales teams and vendor representatives
Qualifications
Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Customer service experience preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Knowledge of tools or industrial products is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
