Modalways is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative for immediate hire to support client communication and service operations. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns
- Track open requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Support onboarding and service assistance for new clients
- Follow company procedures and customer service standards
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a professional office environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
