Join our Customer Service Team in an in-office role located in Urbandale, IA, supporting industrial and manufacturing clients with technical product needs.
You'll process orders, provide status updates, resolve shipment and invoice issues, and manage key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive growth.
Responsibilities include offering technical product information, preparing quotations, supporting outside sales, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have at least four years of customer service experience in manufacturing/distribution, strong communication skills, technical knowledge of products, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP, and adaptability to change.
