Kreuger, an Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an on-site position in Richardson, TX.  As the face of the company, our Customer Service team has the opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships. What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal departments to facilitate customer orders and requests.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order-related issues, product information, credits, and other account-related matters.
  • Verify orders and resolve any errors or questions as they arise.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order-related questions.
  • Process change orders, credits, and product return authorizations.
  • Provide information to customers and sales staff on order-related issues via incoming calls and emails.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, order management software, and customer service management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams software.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic mathematics and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to prioritize customer needs and multitask as needed.
  • Experience with SugarCRM software is preferred

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate-controlled atmosphere designed for productivity. There may be occasional opportunities to visit a lab or plant for meetings or collaboration. Employees may occasionally be required to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
