Role Overview:

A Customer Service Representative II handles customer inquiries, product selection, order processing, inventory management, and may assist in warehouse tasks like stocking, retrieving items, making deliveries, and operating forklifts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing electronic orders using ERP software
  • Responding to customer sales inquiries
  • Managing bills and invoices
  • Maintaining inventory levels and conducting cycle counts
  • Supporting sales with accurate pricing and resolving concerns
  • Preparing reports and assisting administrative tasks
  • Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (training provided)
  • Strong math skills, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to move safely across terrain
