Distribution Warehouse in Tracy is hiring Customer Service Representatives

Pay Rate:$18.00/hour                                                                        
                                                                                                                
Schedule: 
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Must have flexibility to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule as needed             
                                                                                                                
Job Duties: Assist with customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Communicate with drivers and dispatch orders accurately
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
Update order and delivery status in the system                                                                                        
                                                                                                                
Job Requirements: Bilingual preferred – Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
Previous office/customer service experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must have open availability, including weekends if needed
