Customer Service Representative (ID #482467)

Local company located in Modesto, CA is now hiring a CSR 
 
Pay Rate: $21.00
 
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm
 
Job Duties: 

•   Receive, enter, and process customer and sales representative orders accurately and within department deadlines
• Handle order changes, adjustments, and special request orders
• Respond to customer and sales representative inquiries via phone, email, and mail regarding pricing, product availability, and order status
• Track and communicate order progress to customers and sales representatives
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service for product and service inquiries
• Process returns by issuing return authorization numbers and providing return shipping instructions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
