Distribution Warehouse in Stockton Now Hiring Customer Service Representative

Job Duties: Process and track customer orders, inventory, and shipments

Handle invoicing, returns, credits, and related paperwork
Address customer inquiries and complaints
Check in/out drivers and verify inbound/outbound shipments
Record warehouse counts and update BOLs



Job Requirements: 

High school or equivalent

6 months customer service experience; preferred in logistics

General office knowledge, including telephone techniques and computer skills



Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday



Pay Rate: $17.75/hour
