Customer Service Representative- Arco Electric, Shelbyville IN

What You'll Do as a Customer Service RepresentativeIn this role, you will process customer orders and requests quickly and accurately, using available resources to resolve issues efficiently.

You'll:

Receive and enter customer orders accurately and timelyProvide guidance in cross selling and upsellingWork effectively with vendors and management to solve problems and expedite ordersDevelop mutually beneficial relationships with account managers, vendors, and automation specialistsUnderstands and applies strategies to attain desired margins percentages and dollarsDemonstrate professionalism when representing the company in all communications

What Makes You a Great Fit

College coursework and/or 2+ years relevant work experienceKnowledge of manufacturing, electrical products, or agricultural technologyExperience with electrical products preferredStrong organizational, interpersonal and customer contact skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at onceProficiency with Microsoft Office

What to Expect in This Role

Onsite, indoors, in a controlled temperature environment, with a variation of noise levels.This position will be working in an office environment, utilizing typical office equipmentTravel occasionally for training, customer visits, or vendor meetingsSchedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
