SCHEDULE
7:30am-8pm; 3-12 hour shifts
WORK LOCATION
Southside Urgent care: Sunday/Monday
Westside Urgent care: Wednesday (West Lafayette)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary.
- Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling.
- Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
- Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
