We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service to water utility customers in the Los Angeles County area.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, addressing billing, service issues, and water-related concerns. You will coordinate with field teams, update customer accounts, and ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and bilingual ability in Spanish is preferred.
Work is primarily conducted in an office setting in La Mirada, CA, with local travel required. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, benefits, and a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
