Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about Culligan products and services.
Assist customers with order placement, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our system.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle light collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy office setting.
