A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb service to our clients. Over the phone, you answer their questions as well as schedule and confirm cleaning appointments. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. If challenging situations arise, you handle them cheerfully and in a professional manner. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met.
You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. You see what needs to be done and jump right in. Using your organizational skills, you update and maintain our mailing lists, contact lists, and client information. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy in our fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required. Do you have an upbeat, can-do attitude? Are you organized with an eye for detail? Can you effectively prioritize tasks?
