We are a leading end-of-life care provider seeking a Patient Education Representative to inform healthcare professionals, patients, and families about hospice benefits and options.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of office or call center experience, familiarity with medical terminology, proficiency with EMR systems, and strong communication skills. Bilingual ability is a plus. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and available to work weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical or business training preferred.
