Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering a warm and helpful greeting.

• Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and general information needs.
• Help manage customer records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and positive client experience from start to finish.
• Contribute to a friendly and supportive office atmosphere.

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
