Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, processing payments, and supporting the veterinary team with communication and organization.
Ideal candidates are organized, compassionate, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
