LHH is partnering with a furniture client in Greensboro searching for a CSR to join their current team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5, direct hire paying $50-60k, and offers full benefits (Medical, dental, vision, 401k). Prior furniture industry experience required to be eligible for this role!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage order process for E-commerce client accounts from start to finish

  • Provide updates regarding inventory availability, estimated delivery date, etc.

  • Manage website/client portals and update product changes and/or pricing

  • Provide detailed description, photos, and color/fabric options of available products

  • Assist clients with placing orders

  • Issue replacement parts or refunds as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior furniture industry experience to be eligible for this role!

  • E-commerce experience strongly preferred

  • Must have ERP experience, NetSuite preferred

  • Strong communication skills and detail orientation, upbeat personality, and ability to multi-task
