Seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Riviera Beach, FL.
Minimum qualifications: 2+ years customer service experience, strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and various shifts.
Preferred: transportation experience and excellent communication skills.
Pay starts at $21.46/hr with full health benefits from day one, life and disability insurance, up to 13 days PTO first year, 9 paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.
Responsibilities include billing shipments, resolving documentation errors, assisting with inquiries, clerical duties, and processing freight issues.
Requires standing/walking on a possibly slippery, non-climate-controlled dock.
