Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role supports both customer communication and order processing for custom dumbwaiter products.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct customers to appropriate technical or sales support when needed
- Take and process custom orders accurately and completely
- Make follow-up calls to clarify order details
- Enter and maintain accurate order information in company systems
- Communicate order details clearly across departments
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Learn and use company software and systems as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic sales and phone communication skills preferred
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $19.23 – $28.85 per hour (based on experience)
