Kathleen Alexander State Farm Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building long-term relationships while growing a career in insurance.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, and account updates
Support clients through claims questions and processes
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Handle retention conversations and maintain strong client relationships
Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional insurance products when appropriate
Cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Compensation:
Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Total compensation: $40,000$65,000 annually
Qualifications:
Customer service, insurance, or office experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
Professional and confident handling difficult conversations
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Licensing Requirements:
Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
