Kathleen Alexander State Farm Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building long-term relationships while growing a career in insurance.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, and account updates
• Support clients through claims questions and processes
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Handle retention conversations and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional insurance products when appropriate
• Cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Compensation:
• Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
• Total compensation: $40,000–$65,000 annually
Qualifications:
• Customer service, insurance, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Professional and confident handling difficult conversations
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Licensing Requirements:
• Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
