Are you a skilled communicator who enjoys helping others? We're looking for individuals with a background in customer service who are ready to bring empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail to every conversation.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver compassionate, professional support to customers over the phone
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls using our dialing software and scripts
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, payment plans, and other concerns
  • Communicate clearly, especially when discussing financial matters such as high-interest loans
  • Perform accurate data entry and clerical tasks
  • Show up on time and contribute to a positive, reliable work environment

What We're Looking For
  • Customer service experience is required (call center experience is a plus!)
  • Typing speed of 35-40 WPM preferred (flexible if you're strong in other areas)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, patient, and respectful when handling sensitive issues
