This role supports various business segments by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service across multiple communication channels.Customer Service Representatives operate in both call center and non-call center environments, providing support to the general public, real estate professionals, and internal stakeholders. The nature of inquiries may vary depending on the business unit (e.g., escrow, insurance, technical support).**Key Responsibilities**Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.Verify customer identity and account details to ensure accurate service delivery.Analyze customer concerns and implement appropriate solutions.Escalate complex issues to supervisors or field teams as needed for timely resolution.Maintain detailed logs, reports, and records of customer interactions.Investigate and track a broad range of customer issues from initiation to resolution.Perform proactive outreach to customers requiring additional attention or support.Collaborate with offshore teams to clarify processes or resolve specialized issues.Assist with billing inquiries, including preparation, explanation, and coordination with relevant departments.Support order fulfillment activities, including processing orders, reconciling data, tracking via spreadsheets, and following up with customers.**Required Skills**General understanding of customer service principles and company products/services.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to navigate computerized systems and data entry platforms.Minimum 2+ years of related customer service experience (call center or similar environment preferred).**What's in this Customer Service Representative position for you?**+ Pay range: $21.01 /hr.+ Location- FORT MILL SC 29707 (Hybrid)+ Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 11 AM - 8 PM EST (Rotational 1 Saturday per month.)+ Weekly paycheck.+ Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter.+ Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses.This Customer Service Representative is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not our local Branch.
