This is a full-time, in-office customer service role within a 15-person team managing the entire order lifecycle, including order entry, issue resolution, customer support, shipping coordination, EDI, and invoicing.

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and Office 365, with a typing speed of 50+ wpm.
  • Excel skills should include VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, text-to-columns, conditional formatting, data validation, worksheet protection, and pivot tables/charts.
    • Responsibilities include serving diverse customers such as distributors, e-commerce, and retailers, resolving purchase order issues, and coordinating shipments with transportation and distribution teams. Retail portal experience is a plus.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
