This is a 9/80 schedule which means 9-hour workdays but every-other-Friday off!
Better Engineering is a custom industrial machine builder located in Joppa, MD seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for processing spare part orders and working with clients to troubleshoot/resolve machine issues.

Requirements
- 3+ years customer service experience
- 3+ years processing parts orders
- 3+ years working in CRM and/or ERP software
- Strong familiarity with industrial machinery/componentry
- Basic understanding of electrical circuitry
