Customer Service Representative (FINRA Certified)

Job Description:
Seeking a customer-focused professional with an active license to provide exceptional support to brokerage and financial services clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries related to brokerage, investment, and retirement accounts.
  • Process account maintenance requests, transactions, and service inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues while delivering a high-quality client experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC, and company policies.
  • Meet established SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active Client certification (e.g., Series 7, Client 63, or Series 66).

  • Knowledge of financial products, regulatory compliance, and CRM systems.
