Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Help clients evaluate and select insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage.
- Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Manage inbound opportunities while actively seeking new business through referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Stay informed on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry developments.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes while educating clients on coverage options and policy benefits.
- Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers to strengthen retention and uncover additional opportunities.
- Maintain all required insurance licenses and complete continuing education requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Texas P&C License required.
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer efficient and comfortable with CRM tools
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
