We're seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team.
In this role, you'll support customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, researching solutions, updating records, and working with technicians to ensure seamless service.
Ideal candidates have
- 1+ year customer service experience,
- strong communication skills,
- ServiceTitan experience (required),
- and are friendly, organized, and able to multitask.
