Customer Service Representative/Estimator

As Customer Service Representative/Estimator, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for obtaining new customers by tracking and following up on leads, preparing and presenting in-home estimates and selling our services to prospective customers on the phone and in person. You will develop new relationships and cultivate existing relationships while exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.  

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, fellow employees and selling skills with customers. You are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals
• Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email
• Prepare accurate reports in regards to customer estimate sheets and customer follow-up
• Inventory and order estimating supplies
• Seek to continuously develop as a sales professional
• Miscellaneous office responsibilities

• BS level education or 2-3 years sales experience
