Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish & English) Customer Service Representative to join their client's amazing team in Esondido, California. Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
Assist customers by addressing questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the company's database.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Adapt to different customer situations and find appropriate solutions.
Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer service process.
Maintain a professional, patient, and polite attitude when interacting with customers.
Requirements
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH & SPANISH
2+ years of call center or customer service experience.
High School diploma or GED required.
Strong planning, communication, and deadline management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Work Hours
5AM - 2PM Monday - Friday plus work every other Saturday (will have an additional day off during the week when you work Saturdays)
Pay
Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour
