Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding insurance policies in a timely manner.
Assist clients in understanding and processing their claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the claims process.
Maintain and update client information in the database to ensure all records are current and accurate.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement client-specific solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and promote long-term retention.
Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry regulations to effectively inform and assist clients.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in insurance or related fields are advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance sales is desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Customer Service: A genuine interest in helping clients and providing excellent customer service.
Problem-solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to client inquiries.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
