Customer Service Representative
Our client is a well-established organization in Downtown Dallas looking to bring on a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to support their team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a structured and fast-paced environment.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing incoming calls, handling general inquiries, and providing high-quality support to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Proficient in basic computer skills
