Now hiring Customer Service Representative

Dallas, TX

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems, and other computer applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, and billing
  • Resolve customer complaints by processing refunds, adjusting bills, exchanging merchandise, or providing appropriate solutions
  • Investigate customer concerns and provide follow-up communication on claim results, account updates, or next steps
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further review and resolution
  • Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in company systems
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
  • Meet productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction goals
