Responsibilities include manual and EDI order entry, pricing confirmation, releasing tickets for shipment, project shipment coordination, communication with customers and other departments regarding shipments and pricing, filing, expediting material shipments and any other duties as required or assigned.
The Customer Service Representative is to provide quality service to our customers. Working directly with customer order processing and material shipment through coordination between the purchasing department, warehouse personnel and the customer with the primary objective being to get the customers' material delivered when and where it is needed.
