What You’ll Do
- Professionally answer and manage high-volume inbound calls
- Collect accurate service details and coordinate timely dispatch
- Provide clear communication and real-time updates to customers
- Use GPS systems to deliver accurate ETAs
- Assist customers with vehicle release procedures
- Remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations
- Work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless service
