Customer Service Representative (CSR/Call Taker)


Location: Lorton, VA (In-Office)

You're the first voice customers hear, and the person who turns calls into scheduled appointments. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys helping people and staying organized, you'll thrive here (experience is helpful, but not required; we can train).


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
  • Gather and enter accurate customer and job information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Proactively notify customers of schedule changes and reschedule as needed
  • Support daily booking goals and assist with outbound calls when needed
  • Document call notes and updates in the company systems
  • Support dispatch and office operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, positive, and coachable attitude
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and using a computer
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)
  • Bilingual is a plus, not required

Pay and Benefits

  • Employment type: Full-time, W-2 employee
  • Pay: Starts at $18-22 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses
