Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service? ABT Insurance Services is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Position is On-site
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming client calls and provide outstanding customer service.
Assist clients with policy changes, payments, coverage questions, and general account servicing.
Document all client interactions accurately in our agency management system.
Follow established procedures and service standards.
Work closely with producers, retention specialists, and management to support client needs.
Complete assigned tasks and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience, required.
Property and Casualty Insurance experience is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
