Main Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary service and product information to customers with enthusiasm
- Resolve service and product issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
- Recommend additional services and products based on customer needs
- Clarify and address customer complaints with effective solutions
- Spearhead all catering pick-up and delivery orders
- Market the business in the restaurant and the community
- Partnership to meet the needs of the community
- Plan, execute and manage in store and out of store events
