The Account Manager will be an essential team member focused on customer service through inputting orders, client communication, work order releases, due date management, and organization. This key associate will be responsible to ensure that orders are input accurately and timely, client communication is clear and concise, and keep their work organized and detail oriented. The successful candidate will assist the Customer Service Manager with clients, customer service, and organization. They will be in frequent communication with multiple functional groups within Operations, Purchasing, and Sales, as well as outside clients. The successful candidate will be team oriented, an excellent communicator, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment, while managing their time effectively.
