JOB SUMMARY Client Support Service Professionals are responsible for handling incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on Client accounts. They will provide accurate and efficient responses while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Client Cash Management products and services, Client Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, a strong career drive, and a commitment to providing World-Class Service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They must also possess the aptitude to multi-task and adapt quickly to change in a busy financial service center. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on Client accounts. * Respond to inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. * Consistently meet key department performance metrics. * Provide support for Client Cash Management products and services. * Provide support for Client Online (client website) and Mobile app. * Provide support for general account or financial related inquiries. * Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Multi-task and adjust quickly to change.
