Customer Service Representative
Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID (On-Site)
Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm & Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the Selkirk team. In this role, you won't simply be answering phones. You will serve as a brand ambassador responsible for delivering a premium customer experience while managing multiple priorities, systems, and customer interactions throughout the day.
This is a fast-moving, high-volume role that requires strong communication skills, technical accuracy, and comfort navigating customer support systems. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning products, and helping customers while balancing speed with attention to detail.

Transition to Permanent Hire: Our goal is a smooth transition into a long-term role with Selkirk upon successful completion of the introductory period.
Comprehensive Benefits: Permanent full-time employees become eligible for Health, Dental, and Vision coverage beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
