Location: 1672 Rt 9 Clifton Park, NY (located adjacent to Spare Time)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 2-3 weeknights (4pm-9pm) & weekends

Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Service Rep to join our team. This role includes answering phone calls, handling customer transactions, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring our lobby remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

What You Will Do

• Answer incoming calls, provide information on services, and schedule appointments
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Process payments and complete cash register transactions accurately
• Keep the lobby area clean, stocked, and presentable at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Perform other duties as needed
