We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and serve America's Best Pizzas!
As a CSR, your main duties include inputting orders via POS at the front counter and over the phone, handing food to customers or third-party delivery staff, and providing friendly product and service information. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with restaurant operations, and support staff with daily tasks.
Responsibilities involve greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, resolving concerns, promoting products, assisting with kitchen prep, bagging orders, cleaning, stocking, and following company policies.
Requirements include being 16 or older, good verbal communication skills, familiarity with POS systems and kitchen equipment, understanding food hygiene, good time management, physical ability to stand and lift, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
