We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with policy inquiries, coverage explanations, billing questions, and claims support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to communicate clearly while delivering a high level of service.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions in a clear and understandable manner
- Assist customers with billing questions, payments, and policy updates
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Support clients through the claims process by providing guidance and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems
- Collaborate with agents, underwriters, and other team members to resolve customer concerns
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell appropriate insurance products when applicable
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Previous customer service experience required; insurance or financial services experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Spanish and English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or agency management systems
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
