We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.Check out our many videos to learn more! the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check availability of stock and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:* Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services* Processing customer phone and e-mail orders* Checking availability of stock and shipping dates* Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer* Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products* Shipping & Receiving for incoming and outgoing shipments* Assisting with warehouse duties when neededQualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:* 1+ year (s) of experience in electrical, hydraulics, pumps, bearings and power transmission, MRO, cutting tools and /or safety products preferred* This is an entry level position* Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)* Excellent communication skills* Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently* Must have experience performing a majority of the functions* Prior inside sales/customer service experience* Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required* Regular in-person attendance requiredAdditional Information:* Physical Demand: N/A* Working Conditions: Office and Warehouse Environment* Training/Certifications: Microsoft, Epicor Profit 21, Industrial Power Transmission Training Preferred* Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm* Travel: N/A* Education: High School Diploma or GED Required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred#LI-YH1 #zryhLocation: USA:NC:CharlotteDXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
