Charlotte Heating & Air, a trusted local HVAC company with over 20 years serving the Charlotte area, is looking for a dependable Service Operations Specialist to serve as a critical link between our customers and field technicians.

What You'll Earn

• Competitive hourly pay of $21.50 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience
• Stable, year-round position with consistent hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional weekend support may be required)

Key Requirements:

• Strong Service Titan software experience is required
• Previous dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience
• HVAC industry knowledge is preferred
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Good geographical knowledge of the Charlotte area or strong map-reading skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

What You'll Do:

• Manage technician dispatching and daily service schedules using Service Titan
• Coordinate return visits and follow-up appointments with customers
• Oversee the technician on-call rotation
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
• Provide timely and clear communication to customers regarding scheduling and service updates
• Work closely with technicians, managers, and accounting to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with service invoicing and maintenance contract billing
