Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls regarding inventory checks and product availability
Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system
Provide product information via phone and email
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of orders and customer communication
Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient order processing
Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude in all interactions
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Basic ten-key proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
