Position Description

As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for entering orders via an order entry program and maintaining the inventory program and dealership profile accounts. You will also establish professional relationships with prospects and customers and generate the forms management report and other weekly reports to sales representatives. You will resolve product shipping and billing problems and maintain complete customer files for sales.

\nThis position is located at Reynolds and Reynolds&' facility in Celina, OH. The shift for this position is 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. \n

Training

Requirements

Available to work 10 am - 6 pm; Associate\u2019s degree or equivalent customer service experience preferred; Detail oriented and outgoing personality; PC knowledge and data entry experience
